I’m a first time buyer from Silent Heels! It was love at first sight. I just knew i had to get it. But because it was my first time buying a pair of heels, i wasn’t sure of the sizes i should get so i emailed heart of doll inquiring about the accuracy of the sizes to which they responded quickly and they were very patient with the questions i’ve asked^^ I ended up getting my usual size EU39. I have wide feet but it still fits me so nicely! I’m glad i did not size up because it was a little loose when i tried it on without socks. The quality of the heels is worth the wait AND the money. Everything about the heels is just so perfect. If you’re hesitant, don’t!

Love these shoes!

OMG the shoes were so cute honestly perfect I’m usually a size 6 or 6 1/2 US I ordered the size 37. It is a bit big so I should have gone to a size 6, which is a 36. But all is good. I just put a little sticker in the back to adjust my foot in the shoe so it fits perfect . The height is perfect. It’s super cute. There’s like cushion inside the shoe, which makes it really comfy, my only problem was that my order came late, but that was fine with one email and they sent it within two days after I sent an email, which is great customer service if you ask me.

Great purchase

Very comfortable and beautiful shoes! I have pretty wide feet, but they fit me well! I ordered size 37, even though I usually wear size 36. They were a bit big, but it's not a problem. The insole is very soft, and the color is gorgeous. The bows come undone. There are extra studs on the straps!!! This is super convenient—once you measure the desired strap length, you just fasten and unfasten them using the studs, which saves a lot of time. They arrived within the estimated delivery time. The box was very wrinkled, but the shoes were intact.
